2. Refund Policy for Services

a) Satisfaction Guarantee & Service Review

• We stand behind the quality of our car detailing and ceramic coating services. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion.

• Our team will review the issue and may offer a complimentary rework of the service to correct any concerns.

b) Eligibility for a Refund

• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are issued at the discretion of Aqua Shine Car Detailing.

• Refunds may be granted if:

• There is clear evidence of poor service quality that cannot be corrected through a rework.

• The service provided does not match the package booked and paid for.

• There is an undue delay in service delivery due to issues on our end.

c) When Refunds Are Not Granted

• Refunds will not be issued if:

• The customer fails to report dissatisfaction within 24 hours of service completion.

• The issue results from pre-existing vehicle conditions, poor maintenance, or unrealistic expectations.

• The customer cancels a service within less than 24 hours of the appointment (see cancellation policy below).

• The customer fails to follow ceramic coating aftercare instructions, leading to suboptimal results.

d) Refund Processing Time

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours: Subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-show appointments: Non-refundable and will be charged the full service fee.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will accommodate your request based on availability.

4. Returns & Refunds for Products

a) Return Eligibility

• If you purchase any car care products (e.g., ceramic coatings, detailing kits, waxes) from Aqua Shine Car Detailing, you may return them within 14 days of purchase.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

b) Non-Returnable Products

Used, opened, or damaged products are not eligible for return.

• Custom or special-order products are non-refundable unless defective.

5. Warranty on Ceramic Coating Services

• Our ceramic coating services come with a limited warranty based on the product applied. Specific details will be provided at the time of service.

• The warranty is voided if the customer fails to follow recommended maintenance and aftercare guidelines.
